The School of Business was established in March 2009. The aim of the school is to cultivate excellent applied management personnel with a solid theoretical basis.
The school currently offers three undergraduate programs to over 600 students: Marketing, Tourism Management and Labor & Social Security. Within the school there are 36 full-time teachers including 2 professors and 10 associate professors. Over 90 percent of the teachers have obtained an advanced degree. Staff within the school are research active: since its foundation over 30 professional projects and governmental planning projects have been completed within the school, winning five provincial science and technology progress awards.
Following the "common career, common stage" principle, the school maintains strong links with industry and focuses on professional and practical skills and knowledge development: preparing students for their future professional environment.
