The School of Management Engineering was founded in 1995 and is one of the earliest faculties of its discipline area withinHenan. Currently, the School has more than 1500 undergraduate students, reading degrees across two programs: Engineering project management and Engineering Project Surveying. It also runs a professional program in Real Estate Management and Valuation.

Through years of practice, teaching and research, the school has built a strong teaching and research team of 35 full-time teachers, including 10 associate professors and over 18 staff with advanced degrees. The main focus for the school is in teaching and program delivery: preparing graduates to go on to employment. Our school has produced professionally prepared graduates who have gone on to work in real estate management, construction management and allied trades inHenan,Beijing,Shanghai, Shenzhen,Hainan,Guangdong,Shaanxi, and Xinjiang provinces.

Teaching within the school is supported by a range of research materials, the university library and dedicated computer laboratories.
