Founded in 2011, the School of International Education is responsible for a range of international cooperation and development projects.
It has over 870 full-time students who are enrolled across two collaborative programs: an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation, offered in partnership with the University of Highlands and Islands (Scotland) and a range of three-year diploma programs in Architectural Engineering Technology, Construction Project Management and Architectural Design, offered in partnership with Linton University (Malaysia).
As part of these collaborative programs, the School of International Education seeks to blend educational approaches and curriculum models to ensure that students receive a truly international education. By focusing on theory-in-practice and embedding language instruction alongside technical studies, our programs help students to prepare for the challenges of a global future.
In addition to its teaching and learning remit, the School of International Education also helps to formulate and articulate the university’s international development agenda and serves as a liaison for overseas contacts. The School of International Education plays a key role in promoting HUUC’s global image.
